It's about time i updated this one. I redid nearly the whole piece, the head being the least edited. I tried to get a more "metal gear" look into it. I might still update this some more, but for now i just hope it looks better than the previous one:)

i think the armor is pretty awesome..
maybe you should add more shadow, if you still think that it's kind of flat

the background is just fine, even machine56 never get so serious with BG on his artworks.

hhmm...and i guess, you can add some futuristic ornaments on the left side of the image.
so that we get a balance between right and left side.
just a thought, man... :)

I'll update it in a minute with more shadows and more visible shadows. I guess you are right about the background, even though im trying to avoid imitating machine56 too much and make my own stuff:) That ornament border sounded interesting, thanks for the wink;P
